Concentration Statement Samples
1. Clearly and simply state the central idea of your concentration (500 Character maximum)
Example #1
Nature plays a part in the lives of all humans. Some experience a direct connection with an aspect of nature, for others nature plays more of a background role in their lives. For my portfolio concentration I plan to explore the relationship between humans and the natural world around them.

Emotion is something that everyone will experience in life. For some they keep it at a distance. For others they hold it close and dear to their heart. In my concentration portfolio I plan to explore the spectrum of emotion and how it relates to the human experience
Example #3
Create a List of ideas to complete 12 or more Works describing an in-depth exploration of a particular drawing concern. Collect and or take photos and examples to help guide your plan (reference material).
Examples of Previous Assignments that can be used:
Homework from ART I or ART II that combines three things together in an interesting way that recieved a score of 5.5 or higher.
Warm-Ups from ART I or ART II that recieved a score of 5.5 or higher.
Some Projects from ART I, ART II, ART III, and ART IV. Must use an orginal compostion.
